While gaming(Like Instance Witcher 3 Ultra Graphics) temperature stay as shown in the below screenshot, after this temperature point reaches especially the cpu temperature, it is not increasing nor decreasing.

Note: CoolBoost ON, Fan Max, No FPS drop.

Is the laptop is getting suffered? What is temperature that is expected while gaming? Is this temperature states a bad sigh for the laptop? What i can do for this temperature raise?

Is the laptop is getting suffered?
Gaming or using your laptop for a long duration never ruins a laptop. The problem is the “heat” - this is what ruins every tech thing. Heating too much usually makes your laptop to hang or too much heat can even damage some micro parts in your laptop.

What is temperature that is expected while gaming?
A safe temperature for your processor should be maximum 65 degree Celsius.

Is this temperature states a bad sigh for the laptop?
The point where you should get worried is when the computer starts to throttle itself to stay alive, or if that fails, and it completely powers down. That point usually originates somewhere between 80–100 degrees celsius.

What i can do for this temperature raise?
You should keep your laptop on an plain surface so that heat escapes from down. Place it on an airy area, for example you can switch on the room’s fan.
You can try various methods like undervolting, lowering graphics settings. You can also lower your maximum processor state setting to get around 5 to 15 degrees Celsius drop with no noticeable drop in performance!
If you are so worried about overheating, you can put additional cooling Pad with or without fans which you can put beneath your laptop when you use it.

Again, some question, as answered, a safe temperature for your processor should be maximum 65 degree Celsius, even when you play heavy like Witcher 3 games. ?

A safe temperature for your processor should be maximum 65 degree Celsius, but it goes up to 92 degree Celsius is that something wrong with cooling system?

Opinions vary, but popular thinking says that anything over 80 is ris ky over the long run, and upwards to 90 is becoming dangerous. Around 90 is when thermal throttling happens (which is your laptop down-clocking the CPU to reduce heat) and at least for your laptop it will shut down around 94c.

Open Acer Quick Access and turn on CoolBoost, this pushes the fans harder once past 85C, at the cost of increased fan noise.  Look at the threads regarding undervolting with ThrottleStop.
Elevate the rear or place the notebook on a cooling pad to improve the air flow, although the pads fans in general don't do much in the way of cooling.  If the game is not CPU intensive disabling Turbo Boost with ThrottleStop will also have an appreciable effect on the temperature. Consider Vsync (may require Triple Buffering on in NVidia Control Panel) as any more FPS than the display can physically refresh is mostly just generating additional heat.  Check to see if W10 Game Bar is not recording as this kills FPS and again drives up temperature. If the high temperatures persist then the only alternative is to replace the thermal compound on the CPU/GPU.

    Enjoy Gaming!!

As a thought came for 2019 predator model, by any chance upgrading the Bios (currently v1.04) to the latest (v1.11) bring the temperature down? Is that alright to update the Bios?

90°C or more is not normal.
Updating bios may help you, you can try it and make sure your gpu driver is updated.

    Are you under warranty?

You are in warranty take advantage of it.
Acer engineer will clean fans, air vent and apply new thermal paste so, send it to service centre

First you may need to log your case, get in touch with acer costumer care in your region

    Btw,
You can also undervolt your cpu but this is temporary solution, issue may persists after sometime may be after a month
    Follow this guide to undervolt

Do whatever you feel right for yourself👍👍👍

if u want to decrease the CPU temperatures u have to undervolted the CPU.
download QuickCPU program and then press Speed Shift put the minimum 2.60 and the maximum  like 4.2 or 4.1 as u want then press apply..
    then open your games..
