I advise you to send it to service centre because your gpu also overheating and this undervolt doesn't work for gpu.
There may be another tool for undervolting gpu but undervolting is not permanent solution.
You issue may still persists after sometime (may be after a month )

You are in warranty take advantage of it.
Acer engineer will clean your laptop from dust and apply new thermal paste so, send it to service centre

First you may need to log your case, get in touch with acer costumer care in your region
    http://www.acer.com/worldwide/
ok, I'll contact them. Thanks for the information
hey bro. I contacted Acer and they sent a technician. He cleaned the fan and applied the thermal paste. But the CPU still reaches 90 while gaming. Also when playing GTA v, fps drops suddenly. Please guide
Man from acer comes in your home ?
He clean fans and apply new thermal paste  in front of you?
Or he take laptop in service centre?
Yes bro. He cleaned it front of me.

Your temperature still reaching 90°C so, contact technician directly
ok. I'll contact him in the morning. Also now when I try to check repair status with case id or SNID or serial number it says Invalid Data. What does that mean?

Bro I contacted the technician, he said that he can't do anything. Also when I told Acer about this they registered another case and said will look into it and appointed the same technician to look into this. The technician said that my laptop is fine and will acknowledge the case as resolved and will close the case id. What should I do?

GAMING6698 told me to contact Acer since my laptop is in warranty. I have the files downloaded. All I need to do is run it, right? or do I need to enter some settings?
  • I recommend that you check with Acer support whether undervolting violates the warranty or not.
On the link I sent you, colleague Red-Sand tested all those processors for a long time. So there is no problem with using the file that it provided for your processor. You can also take your questions with more experienced users, on that topic.

Honestly, I will not recommend you to talk to acer support multiple times. These Indian ***** have no proper knowledge and would damage your laptop. Follow what the pros here recommend. I am not saying i am a pro; telling you from my experience. Follow pros' solutions. Unervolting might help. I am also  going to do undervolt. I know how it feels to run laptop continuously at 98 deg celcius. It is real pain in ***** and feels lot hot on hands. I am an Indian too and these fricking atm temp ruin our gaming laptop experience...

Yes. As I told you before, the red-sand colleague tested all those of processors that he himself created, for a long time, before publishing the download here in the community. I also use the file created by him and I have no problems.

ok. So I'll just run it and see what happens. I'll revert as soon as I get anything. Thanks

Before undervolting keep in mind it could well void warranty. I'm not entirely sure what the warranty conditions are for your laptop, but just keep that in mind. Undervolting, if done right, is entirely harmless, so don't worry. Overclocking is what you would need to worry about, which can sometimes (rarely) cause some damage to parts.

For undervolting download intel extreme tuning utility, aka intel XTU. From there you can slowly decrease the core voltage value in small increments to see how far your laptop can go. In between each increment you need to stress test the laptop to make sure it can handle such a low voltage under full power consumption. If you go too far with the undervolt your laptop will restart, and it scared me the first time it did it, but down't worry, nothing bad happens, it just reboots the pc with default voltages. You can safely start with a -0.075V undervolt or even -0.1V, then from there go down further in increments of about -0.01V or less. After you've undervolted and stress tested and found a stable undervolt your laptop should run much cooler in general. If your laptop still crashes every now and then maybe turn down the undervolt a bit and find a setting where it's completely stable. (For me the stable undervolt is -0.0125V, but i've seen and heard of undervolts surpassing -0.2V) Good luck!

Thanks. So what should I use: ThrottleStop or Intel Extreme? I have both in my laptop

Bro, I set it up at 0.0175 and after 20-30 mins my laptop hanged and it restarted. It is working fine. Now I am trying with 0.0125. Will update you what happens next.

Sorry, instead of 0.0175 it is 0.175 and in place of 0.0125 it is 0.125
