Hello,
It all started with me having fps drops on Bannerlord and World of Warcraft. It has been happening for a long time on the latter but I never paid attention.
So I started checking temperature. CPU was around 65°C when the computer was idle and 75-80 when it was on bannerlord.
The problem is that it is much higher since I updated my BIOS to 1.22. Now, it's around 85° C when idle and 100 when playing to the point the computer freezes or shuts down (I can't even restart it so I assume it's because it's hot).
What I want to say is that it does not feel like high temperatures at all. Especially that I have just cleaned the fans, the air coming out directly from the fans is cold. The CPU side is slightly hot but I was used to have my keyboard almost burning months ago and now it's "slightly" hot.
I have a G3-571, intel core I7-7700HQ CPU, 2,8 GHz, 16Go of RAM, Win 10 64 bits, NVIDIA GTX 1060.
If you have any suggestion on how to handle it (besides thermal paste? I suppose it would not explain all of this) please let me know!
