I recently purchased this monitor about one month ago. The monitor will work fine but black out randomly for a few seconds at a time with audio still working. I have found that this only happens when the monitor or its applications are running at 144hz. When set to say 60hz or 75hz the monitor will work fine but at 144hz it will not. This is extremely frustrating as I bought this monitor specifically for gaming at 144hz but can not use it. In FPS games such as CS, for example, the monitor will go black for 1-5 seconds rendering me completely blind which is a definite deal-breaker. Otherwise I love this monitor and hope that this problem can be resolved. I really do not want to go through the hassle of refunding this monitor, but as it stands, I can not use it for the sole purpose in which I purchased it. Any help would be appreciated in troubleshooting my issue. Thank you.

Do you have a multi-monitor setup by any chance and using Freesync/G-sync? If so, I have the same issue, which Acer don't acknowledge for some reason. Click on my name and find my posts, I have created a topic about an issue and a workaround. Can't include link even to this forum as it will enter pre-moderation. Will post the link in the next message.
