Model: ACER ONE 10 S1003

I installed the Phoenix OS then wanted to shut it down but Windows--- getting ready for Automatic Repair - - - constantly rebooting went into the loop.

I can only access the bios menu

I printed windows 10 32 bit with Rufus to do a clean installation but unfortunately the installation doesn't start.

Does not enter Recovery Mode

It's constantly rebooting.

I've tried everything

Please help me

I'm sorry about my English.

Are you able to get into the BIOS at all? You will have to turn off secure boot in order to boot from the USB flash drive.

Unfortunately and due to the One 10 S1003 specs of 2GB RAM non-removable and you cant increase the RAM to an acceptable 4GB or higher and the Intel Atom Quad Core Z8300, these 10.10-inch netbooks are very slow and get into loops and errors while doing anything with Win-10! I have an Aspire One Happy2 and its the same but, has an even faster Atom 1.66 GHz processor and even though I changed the RAM from 1GB to 2GB and the HDD to a 250GB SSD and it was still a nightmare to do anything with Win-10 as its very slow and takes ages to get anything done with these netbooks!

What I would suggest is for you to download Win-10 from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and don't use Rufus to make the USB bootable (you must have done something wrong with Rufus?) as the Win-10 Create Windows 10 installation media makes a USB automatically into a bootable USB, then and after you have download and made the MS USB Win-10 bootable drive, change the BIOS boot order to USB and try that. I've never had your problem with my Aspire One Happy2 to not be able to boot from an installation USB. And believe me, I've had to reinstall Win-10 many times on my Aspire One Happy2 as it came to a point that "I gave up" and resigned to the fact that the One Happy2 had to be put away as a historical piece lol good luck and hope this helps.
  • Do you have a dual boot? What happens when you disable quick boot and fast boot in bios?
