after many calls and no answer Ive had it Recently had a Unbootable device error. I Phoned support who they were totally useless. I asked them about the admin Bios password - ( Password key) which they denied existed. I had sent my machine in for repairs to them for the same issue. and they denied any record of receiving it in the past , Then proceeded to say its out of warranty when infact its not, then the hide of the unsupportful fool said I could pay for the service from a third party. I say to ACER start hiring australian in Australia as Im sick your support from overseas.
