I bought a Predator Helios 300 2 months ago. I also created a post on the first day I bought the laptop. It is really annoying that I tried a lot of things for 2 months to fix high CPU and GPU use and nothing worked. I tried all solutions that exist in the forum and watched youtube videos but as seen below, nothing solved the high use issue.

The monitoring shown below is the result of playing Rainbow Six Siege for 2 hours. Both CPU and GPU loadings reach to 100%. I could take a screenshot when GPU was 100%. CPU reaches 100% too. It seems like the GPU temperature is okay, but the CPU temperature is pretty high.

Has anyone discovered or found a new solution to fix the issue? What do I really need to do to solve it?

Clemencia if you had already optimized windows and undervolted it with TS following this thread you only solution its to repaste it with kryonaut or similar yourself if you can without voiding your warranty (if you dont have to break any seals to open it neither damage anything by doing it) or send it back for a repaste youre also free to try the new PS check here and your gpu temps are fine the issue seems to be only the cpu itself but again i would either repaste or get it repasted

@xapim, I have contacted the official Acer service in my country and they said that they use Cooler Master MasterGel Pro thermal paste. What do you think of this thermal paste?

The GPU will always reach 100% load, when you are running a game(this is what you actually want). I don't know how CPU intensive rainbow six siege is, but if the CPU usage is low when the system is idling, then it is just the game being CPU intensive. You can also check for any background tasks using CPU resources from task manager.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
