Turbo boost offset default voltage helios 300 PH315-52

what to do ? Cpu voltage shows 0V and intel xtu displays the turbo boot voltage default values to 0.00V instead of -0.125V. I m using acer predator helios 300 PH315-52.

    How to reset the bios to default settings?
    Type in F2 when the laptop powers up during the start, navigate to the exit tab, the last option should be reset to defaults, then exit with saving

    I reinstalled the windows and now all works fine. Try that.
