JackE nope lol so i said it was working fine on 1809 and under and as the OP said it was working on 1909 i assumed they might had corrected the issues from 1903 but @sri369 also mentioned that it still crashes on both (1903/1909) so the only thing im sure of is that it works fine on 1809 :)

MSI confirmed working on 1803 and 1809.
MSI crashes mid games on 1903... by working, i mean it allows to set the graph and all, but crashes under load.
1909... I am yet to get to 1909, but that's a long way away.

MSI forum is retarded. Can't get it to work, it keeps redirecting to profile page. Tried through the phone too, it just doesn't let me to login, except when it redirects to my profile. Thank you guys anyway for trying to help me.

If you are on 1909, you won't need MSI at all. I upgraded 2 days ago from 1903 ro 1909 and temps are on par with MSI on and MSI off - barely any difference. Only thing I use for undervolting is Throttlestop and this is for CPU only.

Yeah, but I want to undervolt my graphic card too. Do I need TS to be opened always, or it can work with it closed ?

TS has to be open (can be minimized to tray). GPU need not be undervolted... you could run the tests with and without MSI - you won't see any noticeable difference in performance or temperature - in windows 1909.
Infact, in windows 1903, undervolting GPU only caused windows to crash mid gaming.

Okay, so got my answer from multiple people. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. There is limitation for laptops in MSI Afterburner for overclocking or undervolting.
