Hi, I need some help with my laptop(G3-572-799P)
Specs:https://www.acer.com/ac/en/IN/content/predator-models/laptops/predatorhelios300
Whenever I play games eg. Fortnite, Borderlands, Risk of rain2. I get like 20-60 fps(unplugged) and 60-140 fps(plugged) while I saw others played 100+ fps even when unplugged. I also want to see which is the best settings (Nvidia Control Panel) for performance and I dont want to overheat 80-90. Any suggestions?

Fortnite: Fps(20-60 even at low settings, disabled Vsync)

make sure the games are using the nvidia dgpu and not the intel igpu (check the nvidia control panel)
Play at medium or high settings, avoid setting everything to ultra,
disable or pause msi afterburner monitoring after you make sure temps are okay,
look for tutorials to undervolt your cpu and gpu to a safe limit,
if your ram is just a single stick (single channel), buying a second one to make dual channel can help in many games
cap your fps to your monitor refresh rate (in my case it's 60hz, so I cap to 60 fps)

Also check this video to optimize your Windows 10 for games, it has helped me a bit:
