Hello, thank you for taking the time to check out my post and possibly help me out. I am writing this because after 8hrs of searching and testing no solution has been found. I have the Acer Predator Helios 300 g3-571 (Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2808 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)). OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Home, Adapter Type GeForce GTX 1060. Current BIOS Version/Date Insyde Corp. V1.22, 3/15/2019.

Like i said I have tried many of possible solutions including:
-Taping Black switch on Memory
-Updating BIOS
-Uninstalling lots of Drivers and rebooting to get things correct
-Driver Boosters
-Tried to update my Intel Hard Drives but the Toolbox would not pick them up
- Tightened up all screws
- Used Intel ETU
- I monitored heat and everything during stress tests everything seemed normal
- I pressed the battery reset button on the back and it seems fine.

The best way to describe whats going on is when I am just on desktop and using the web it never shuts off but when I play games its shuts off like instant black screen and then fans slow down and shut off too. Then I haft to press the power button a few times before it decides to turn back on, but when it does, the fans start the pc back light and keyboard turn on and then it flips off again. I then press the power button again then it boots up normal. Some games last longer than others, say i'm playing FiveM GTA RP it last for a good while before anything happens. But with the new COD MW i barley make it through a match.

Please feel free to ask any other questions from me if you need. I really need some help here. because i'm pretty sure i'm out of warranty and i'm out of town at the moment bored out of my mind and just wanna get back to gaming!

Best,

I mean I could not really check temps close to the black out because it’s so random but I downloaded some stress test software to see if it was either the CPU and or GPU. Ran both tests at the same time and at different times over and over and no shut off and the temps seemed pretty normal from what I was checking online. Also yes I uninstalled both battery option things inside the device manager.

OGSpaceCase stress test software are not accurate regarding gaming temps seems to me its shutting down due to high temps (i might be wrong might also be driver issues or even windows itself bugged due to an update there are many variables here) when gaming  you can monitor your temps with either msi afterburner riva tuner osd hdmonitor or even PS using the mobile app you can try and see if the new version works fine with yours which should check here also have you even optimized windows (check my signature) or undervolted give also a check here  and also not sure for how log you have it but your fans might need cleaning and repasting the cpu/gpu with kryonaut or similar

I use CoreTemp to watch temperatures. When minimized it gives you the temperatures in your status bar so you can watch them as you're doing other things.

OGSpaceCase also dunno if it would work but probably might you can try to install the latest PS following the steps here and you can follow your temps via mobile app
