I have upgraded the bios (v1.06) on my swift 3.

Since then I cannot access my bios as it asks for the password, I KNOW I am using the correct password but it no longer works.

How can I gain access or reset it so I an add a new one?

same problem here for this other model (https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/544886/swift-3-bios-password-after-upgrade/p1)

@Acer-Manny you helped them to solve, please help me

If you are sure the password is correct, make sure capslock is enabled or not. If that does not work, contact Acer technical support.
