I'm very tired of searching online for answers not even acer can help me, am i doom?
My computer (Acer predator G3-571  helios 300) has been over heating playing almost any game and doing any 2d/3D of render in other software.
I use to have predator sense but one day it stop opening im very very VERY frustrated i have this problem since almost January, and i can find a way to fix it.

In the predator sense topic already try to:
re install it.
troubleshoot with win 8.
change the regedit to another predator.
Update all drivers, intel, bios, nvidia all of them.

In the overheating topic:
I install msi after burner but the ting doesn't  show properly.
I under bolt with techpowerup, but still getting overhead sudden shutdowns.
Already reset the battery power button on the back of the computer.

So far my way to cool down the computer is to put a bottle of fresh/cold water on top.........

I just want to open at least the predator sense!!!

Here are the errors that shown on the event log after the sudden shut down, how can it be something thermal? if the computer doesn't goes that high up it stays between 50 to 60c and it shuts down.
You havent provided any screenshots yet from any software monitoring your temps while gaming so i could just assume it would have something to do with the temps i suggest you to format windows to a fresh install not keeping your files using acer stock recovery ALT+F10 on boot but backup everything you might need first this is the only advice i have left and see if the issues persist if they persist might be hardware issues if this is the case send it for repair if still on warranty if out of warranty either get some one to runa a hardware diagnostic or find a donor mobo and replace it
