I wanted to clean my fans, but didnt want to do it myself since i was afraid of messing something up so i went to a computer service and had one of their technicians dust the laptop.

I have a helios 300 2018 version, and i told them that i wanted to stay there with them watch them through the dusting process, and can say that they did things right. But when i got home and booted up my pc it started getting hot, so i opened up predator sense and it said 0rpm on both fans. I set them to custom and maximum speed, but it still said 0 rpm. I thought that the fans werent spinning but the other day i went back to the service and they did spin, albeit in a slow way and at varying speeds.

I tried unisntalling predator sense, and installing a new version but it still said 0rpm and i have no controll over them so the cpu heats up rapidly. Do you guys have any idea what the problem could be?

Any help us appreciated!
