Did you check to make sure the BIOS virtual settings are still disabled? Jack E/NJ

    >>>I haven't tried ALT + F10 yet.>>>

This is perhaps the best way to rule in or rule out a hardware issue. Jack E.NJ

I've installed the system several times!
also the factory system and i also downloaded the clean windows system from the microsoft site. :/
the acer care service says nothing wrong with the laptop.. :(
latencymon I don't know why this is a serious bug in network hardware?!?!
something fps falls for something.  but such 16-22 fps then back to 79fps.  this is not normal in my opinion.  but service is unfortunately unable to help.

Yes, but was it cold boot reset outside of the Windows environment using the ALT+F10 technique from a full power off state? If you also tried to install the Microsoft generic version of Win10, it probably has already deleted the original hidden ACER factory partition version of Win10 recovery. They are not the same Win10 versions and may have different system files necessary for the ACER device drivers to work properly. Jack E/NJ

If a full ALT+F10 erase-everything factory reset failed to fix the stuttering issue, then it's very likely hardware- or temperature-related. However, you might try DriverBooster or similar freeware driver update tools to see if it can find driver updates that might be directly or indirectly affecting the graphics performance. Jack E/NJ

As @JackE stated above the best way to rule out software issues its to reset to acer factory windows (clean install do not keep files) but if you do so i advise you to either backup what you need to another drive or clone the drive into another one before you format everything to factory if you are planning to do so

the factory system was not good so i downloaded the microsoft side from windows prot and bought it.
yesterday I put the system back on again.  but this is the problem.  I no longer know what system should be used... :/

tomorrow I'll take my laptop to an unofficial acer service.
if the acer service can not help...:(

Well as i said above when you fresh install windows with usb  you will loose acer recovery permanently you can ever get it back and acer will not provide a official recovery usb drive (paid) only if you live in the US they will not sell neither ship it internationally believe me i tried :)

    All updated!
I downloaded all drivers from acer.com!
    Assassin's creed Origins full low settings= 80fps 90% cpu 74% GPU....
And so the game is stuttering...

Sorry, if your earlier ALT+F10 cold boot erase-everything reset failed to fix the problem, then you likely had a hardware issue to begin with. Since the generic Win10 installation probably deleted the original hidden ACER recovery partition upon which the ALT+F10 reset depends, there is no way for you to test this type of reset again. At this point, I can only guess that the original problem may have been an overheating issue. So I suggest that the CPU and GPU should be re-pasted with a quality heat transfer medium such as ArcticMX4 --- that the power plan be reset to balanced mode --- and that no undervolting or tweaking be used. I go tomorrow laptop service!

the factory system was unstable because the (Acer czech republic) acer care service didn't work on it.  many times you did no boot or freeze.
