The Technician told me that , if the lappie shutdown while playing due to overheating, then company will give me a replacement.
I don't think that is true. The laptop might not shutdown while gaming at all even if there is no thermal paste applied at all, because the CPU will just downclock/throttle itself to very low frequencies to prevent the temperature going above 97C. The games will still run, but they will be lagging, because the CPU will work under 2GHz for example. Not shutting down doesn't mean it is working as intended.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    Should I replace it???
Who told you that acer engineer ?

@Abhijeet26199 its normal to have high temps on a gaming laptop which can be easily fixed with optimizing windows/undervolting and last resort repasting but not normal  crashing/shutting down out of the box so yeah if they told you that just get a replacement
