Hi, My laptop can't boot after Windows 10 has been updated. What's the solution ?
I have tried disabling secure boot but the laptop also does not boot.

Thanks,

I think the update was corrupted and it messed up the OS. You can create a windows installation media(requires another working device), which you can use to repair windows and if it doesn't work to reinstall it.

To do this go to the webpage below and select the version of windows you want to download(Make sure you download it as ISO image), then follow the instructions from my post from the second link.

Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

After I reformat the windows then Windows updates again. Will the problem not arise again?

Is there no other solution? Besides reformatting it.

As I said you can also try a repair using the USB drive, but that rarely works, but still worth a try.
