I have a Acer aspire 575g with OEM pre installed windows 10 and i want to do a clean install and create my own windows 10 partition, how does that affect BIOS (i have the latest bios 1.47), anyone who had done this before?

Best Regards

Installing a generic copy of windows 10 won't affect the BIOS in any way. You simply download the ISO image from this page and then follow the instructions from my post at the link below.

Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

The OEM key should be kept in BIOS, I think. I don't see a reason why would you go back to OEM home, as it doesn't have anything special over the generic copy. Also windows pro doesn't use more resources than the home version.

you can use NTFS as well. It doesn't matter when it is on a 16GB drive.
