You have deleted the GPT partition and your drive is trying to run with GPT partition scheme, but when the partition is deleted it gives an error. That could be one reason.

Did you create the windows installation media from the OS or the windows website. If it is from the windows website and you have chosen to download windows for USB flash stick, it automatically sets it for MBR instead of GPT, which could be a reason why you couldn't install windows in the first place as the drive is set for GPT and the drive tries to set the partition as MBR.

What I need to know is whether you used a windows recovery drive(created from the OS) or windows installation media from the windows website.

Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

i had downloaded the windows media installation toolkit. after that i used th option of burning the os to the pendrive that the toolkit provides and made a bootable pendrive.and if i do not connect any pendrive it shows me this message as i have attached above.

When you have the pendrive connected does it show a tab to select language?

Try pressing F8(last picture) and see if you will be able to open a command prompt.

should i do the process with my bootable pendrive attached or without it.
and also do you suggest to use the bootable pendrive that i had created using the windows media creation toolkit to install windows or should i make a new bootable pendrive using some other software

It is best to create new windows installation media using the following method(you need another windows device to perform these steps).
    1. Download windows 10 disk image(the .iso format) https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10. Choose where you want to save the file.
    2. Download rufus. Plug in the USB drive you wish to use for installing windows and then run rufus(if you do it the other way around rufus doesn't detect the drive, but this bug might be fixed on the latest version).
    4. Follow steps 1 to 5 from the same thread, but skip step 4 as you want to re-install windows: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/542349/my-aspire-v5-431-is-not-going-beyond-acer-logo-after-starting-it#latest

If you are able to boot from the USB a prompt for selecting language should appear. Press shift+f10 to open command prompt and input the following commands:

    diskpart
list disk(take note of the number after the 'disk'. That is the disk you want to install windows on)
select disk n(n is the number of the disk you want install windows on)
after you have selected the disk input

clean all (this will format the disk and clean all partitions). This will take around 20-30min or maybe more. It will show when the formatting is finished.
After it is completed restart the PC and proceed with the installation of windows.

The windows installation media should automatically create a GPT partition, when the installation begins.

Selecting GPT partition from rufus is for the USB drive only.
