Heya guys,

I'm new to windows and buying all these PC parts (coming from an iMac) so it's quite overwhelming.

At first, I have a problem with this monitors speakers not working (see: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/557178/xb271hua-no-sound-from-the-monitor#latest)

Then now, I am trying to find a new USB port for my keyboard and mouse, other than the ports from the mobos. I tried it on the monitors' USB ports and none of them recognises it plugged in. In order to be more sure, I plugged in a USB device.. in which was not also recognise.

Can you guys please advice me on what to do? I tried downloading the monitors' specific driver (see: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/support-product/6434?b=1) which is for an IPS panel - I don't think there's a difference as its just the IPS panel counterpart? but correct me. And it just shows me the files of "DriverLanuageMap", "xb271hu", "XB271HU (ICC profile)" and "XB271HU" (set up information). I tried clicking it, maybe there would be something to install but there isn't.

Please enlighten me. Im not sure if my monitor is faulty or something else.

Regards to all.
