Switch 5 third-party stylus issue

This problem has been brought up multiple times. For example,

To sum up, when other pens like Surface pen are used on Switch 5, some strokes will be recognized as clicks which will cause these strokes missing or whole ink deleted. Such a problem is rather odd among all the N-trig pens being used cross-platformly. At least Acer Active Stylus works flawlessly on Surface.

This is likely a software/driver issue. Is there a possible way that we can ask the 'technical' team to 'really' look into this issue?
