So I've been seeing alot of lower fps than it used to be, I went to moniter my CPU/GPU usage and I've found the following:

GPU on CSGO: 50 to 39% Utilization
CPU on CSGO: 100 to 85% Utilization
High quality settings.
GPU on R6S: 30 to 50% Utilization
CPU on R6S 85% to 100%
Low Quality settings
Most of the times my gpu won't even exceed 50% utilization, can someone please help me?

Thank you for your time, but I don't think this has a solution.
So I will give up on this and try to use it with the downgraded performance that is utterly disgusting lol.

I really appreciate your time thank you sir.

Used to be? While doing what? What problems is it causing in games or other apps that you may be using? Jack E/NJ

The low gpu usage is causing my FPS to suffer greatly, instead of being a 99%-98% it's always at low 50/39%

Which causes my FPS to suffer.

CPU Usage is never above 50-80%

It did happen earlier this month,
I've updated my nVidia drivers then this problem occurred,
and now I've put it back to its vanilla version  the VGA Driver on the acer website and the problem is still there

OK. If system protection was enabled, check Control Panel to see if the latest major 1809 Win10update created a restore point on or after Oct 2. Jack E/NJ

Oh-oh. Are there any other "possibly hidden" restore points that might not take you too far back in time? Jack E/NJ

After all, if this doesn't get solved I will just give up on fixing it and might stop using it.

Uninstall the nvidia driver. Exit Device Manager without trying to reinstall anything. Then reboot and let Windows re-detect the adapter and auto install the driver it wants. Jack E/NJ

    Already have done that,
should I try updating my windows?

Cause it shows that I have a pending nvidia driver update?

At this point, I think the best you can do at the moment is enable system protection so restore points are created and hope that either a future WIN or ACER update will fix it soon. Trying to fix it with the latest generic nvidia drivers will probably be an exercise in even more frustration.  The ACER-flavored driver version is over a year old, and with the rapid pace of major Win10 versions, changes seem overdue. The only other option, is an ALT+F10 coldboot factory re-set  after backing up your personal files. Then enable system protection and start Win10updating from scratch till you reach 1809, then block further updating till the issue gets fixed. Jack E/NJ

How to perform a coldboot factory re-set?

EDIT: I've done that 2 days ago.

If you already used the ALT+F10 factory fresh-reset while not saving personal files as shown in the video below, and the result is still the same before any updates are applied, then this suggests a hardware issue more than it does a WinUpdate or driver issue. Are there any red or yellow warnings in Device Manager for ***any*** device drivers? Does the nvidia adapter show that it is working properly?  Jack E/NJ

But nothing indicates a GPU or a CPU Failure of any sorts,
and everything shows that its working properly
