Acer Aspire Nitro 5 on boot loop, what do I do?

I'm facing a very frustrating problem on my Acer Aspire Nitro 5. Ever since I got it, I've been having small problems here and there, but I believed it to be easy things to solve out (updates, drivers and so on). The two things that mostly annoyed me were:
1. The audio. Although the speakers have a great quality, after one or two days I noticed there was a "static" or "scratchy" noise everytime I was putting music to play (youtube videos, spotify, games, etc). At first I thought it could be a physical problem on the speakers, but then I tried using the headphones and I got the same result. I looked up on the internet for some solutions and came accross a video explaining to change some thing on the audio configs. After that, the problem seemed to have stopped.
2. The 100% Disc problem. I had this since the very beginning. It was so bad that things took more than a minute to open, or softwares kept crashing for no reason. My older ASUS laptop was faster than my brand new laptop. Very frustrating. I browsed the web for MANY solutions, but none of them helped. I did everything I could to solve the problem, until I found a solution one or two days after, by making a fresh start on windows. That pretty much solved my problem and my laptop was working fine.
So here's where it gets tricky. I didn't have the disc problem anymore, the laptop was totally fine, until one day the audio problem came back while I was playing a game. It was very annoying so I started browsing for solutions once again. 90% of the solutions: Update your drivers and update windows.
So I did.
And so my laptop died.
It didn't die right after the updates, it died hours later while I was playing a game. Blue Screen of Death, to be more specific (WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR)
That's when my laptop got into a infinite boot loop. 
Acer logo shows up for 10 seconds, dots spinning, restart.

So I started looking for solutions (once again, lol) on the web and came across lots of things. None of them helped. So I decided to come here. Someone is helping me on the Brazilian community, but I think he already ran out of ideas...
Things I already tried: 
ALT+F10 (Computer restarts)
Use bootable UEFI flash stick with Windows 10, safe mode off (Computer restarts) 
Use bootable flash stick on Legacy with Windows 10 (MACHINE_CHECK_ERROR BSOD before I can do anything, restarts)
Pressed the battery button under the laptop for 15 seconds, waited 5 minutes. (Same problem, restart)
Cleaned memory, changed slots. (Same problem)
Loaded defaults on BIOS. (Same problem)
Note: I CANNOT ACCESS SAFE MODE, CANNOT ACCESS WINDOWS RE, CANNOT TROUBLESHOOT. I never dropped my laptop, never opened it, never spilled anything on it. I have it for a month (I know I can still get Acer to repair it for free, but I still want to try everything I can before I do that. I depend on my laptop.)
Any solutions? What do you think that caused the problem?

    if you can, try to disconnect the HDD/SSD and use only 1 ram stick/module, then boot from the USB flash drive with windows 10 on UEFI.
    if it still reboots, it's an hardware issue and you need to send it to Acer service.

    Just tried doing as you said, and surprisingly, after 1 or 2 restarts, it booted my USB!!
    So my problem is the HDD? When I tried turning on the laptop without the HDD, the "NO BOOTABLE DEVICE" showed up, though.

    Only one of 8gb.

    I tried booting the USB stick again with the HDD and still, it restarts... No idea what's going on. Probably my HDD came with a problem.
    It's weird because on the same day I got it, I ran those tests on CMD (chkdsk) and some other software and everything showed me the HDD was working 100% correctly.

    Has your model come with only one ram memory module? Did the windows installation screen only appear after removing and reinstalling hd?

    My model came with only one 8gb of Ram.
    The windows installation screen only appeared when I removed the HDD. After I returned the HDD back, it boot looped again.

    What happened is that when removing the hd, the computer booted through the pendrive, as it was the only device that was able to boot, with that you saw the windows installation screen! Make sure that the connections of the sata cable are firmly seated in the hd socket!

    Yep, I know. I tested it because JackyE told me to. 
    I already made sure the HDD is in place.

    Well, it's either the HDD or its controller or bootstrapper. May have to set a supervisor password to try to change the boot order with the HDD installed. Jack E/NJ

    I did that already :/ EgydioCoelho told me to do so, did not work.
    It's probably a physical problem. I'm very disappointed... The laptop had many good reviews on the internet before I got it, and right after I had in my hands, only bad reviews started showing up. People with bsod, HDD problems, audio problems, laptop too slow, 100% disc problem, out dated drivers and many other things.

    I already got in touch with Acer support on Saturday but they didn't give me a return. They said they would send me an email with instructions but I'm still waiting.

    Sorry. I would contact them again to try to speed their response. Hopefully it's only a failed HDD so it should be a quick warranty repair. Good luck. Jack E/NJ

    I agree with @JackE! However if you have some hd that can be used only to verify that the problem does not occur again, it would be nice! Or you can test the hd on another computer to see if it is recognized correctly!
    I know it's a boring problem, but before I would test with another hd!

  • Have you thought about buying a ssd? This notebook has input for ssd m2 2280 sata 3 or nvme!While considering that you should fix the notebook through the warranty, it would be worth just replacing the hd with ssd! Would the warranty be violated when opening the notebook?

    I thought about doing that, but I don't think it's a wise choice to just leave this be... It clearly has a problem. Also, I don't have the money right now to buy a SSD, unfortunately. I was going to do that in the end of the year.
    As it seems, it does void my warranty if I open and mess around with it. But I don't think it voids if I just open it to install a SSD though.
    I called their support and I'm writing them an email right now. I'll keep you guys updated if something happens.

    Mas o que mudaria se eu testasse esse HD no meu outro? Dando certo ou não no outro note, o problema vai persistir nesse Nitro 5, provavelmente :/
    Já que você insiste, eu vou tentar fazer isso rsrs

    As @JackE told, at this point can be the HDD or the SATA  controller or any cable between them (if your model has it).
    I hope they will fix it ASAP.
