    Did you follow these directions creating the USB installation tool?  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

    When you used rufus did you make it a bootable Win10 iso image using (1) GPT FAT32 for UEFI only (2) MBR FAT32 for UEFI only or (3) MBR for both BIOS & UEFI? Jack E/NJ

    I have done up to enable boot manager and when it reboot there is no option of USB HDD  there is only Windows boot manager.thats it what I amtryam tto say from very beginning I am stucked at here 


    So you are saying even if you have the usb in the unit and restart to bios its not showing in bios. try to plugin the usb and restart the unit-> as soon as its booting try to tap the f12 and check if its showing in boot manager. Hope the usb ports was working before. Change the usb and format before installing the Media creation tool.
