My aspire a715-71g bios password forgot

Hi
When I using Acer fingerprint PBA (pre boot authentication) software, the app ask me to use this feature you must set Supervisor password in app.
I set supervisor password using same app. 
After rebooting system, before loading windows in bios, the system ask me to enter password. 
I tried to use password that be set in acer fingerprint PBA  but it doesn't work and say wrong password. 
I tried 3 times but system say wrong and give me a unlock password key. 
Please help me.

    Hi Asgari57, You need to Reset CMOS battery to unlock the Bios password.
    Hi @thamahes2018, my laptop's battery is not eject able. But I used jcmos1 jumper.
    It was allowed to be boot system. 
    But password was not reset. If I want to change bios settings, it's ask for a password

    send email to Acer support in emarat and say your code, they send you an unlock code
