This may be the issue. Open Control Panel. Search "partitions" to open disk management. What are the names of the partitions shown? Jack E/NJ

OK. Unfortunately, it seems the factory ACER eRecovery partition has either been deleted from or somehow was never installed on your HDD. This partition probably would've had the ACER OEM-specific software needed to control the integrated and discrete graphics adapters on this mainboard. What vendor sold you this system? Jack E/NJ

Only one CD/DVD? Did you install Win10 using this DVD? Is this an ACER "eRecovery" DVD? Jack E/NJ

OK. That DVD may contain the switchable graphics app. Is there a setup.exe or related files on it? Jack E/NJ

What do you mean? What files are in the root directory of the DVD?

    >>>or if increase the general amount of ram will also generate a high video ram usage for integrated graphic card?>>>

More ram will always help. But that isn't the main problem which is to control the switchable graphics so that the discrete card is being used. That's why I'd like to know what files are in the DVD root directory.
