    I'm not sure if you solved this problem already or not but I had this same problem and it was in the power advanced settings, not just setting it to balanced you have to go to the advanced power options, mine was set at 100% minimum instead of the 5% minimum its supposed to be at.

    Battery life is dependent on usage as well as the settings.

    Anyways, on my list post, what fixed it for you? I am truly curious lol. I may need to do it myself.

    All I did was follow what you said and set the minimum processor state at 5%.
