Hi all,
I have an Aspire Switch 10 (Aspire SW5-011) and the mousepad have stopped responding.
I think it's similar to this problem posted here.
I've ofc tried fn+f7, and this removes the weird circle around the mouse (like the picture in the link I posted above). I can plug in an USB mouse, and then I can move the mouse cursor around as normal - except sometimes there is a right-click out of nowhere. If I then unplug the USB mouse and presses fn+f7 again, the problem reoccurs.
I have also tried downloading the drivers from the acer support pages and updating them, but this hasn't solved the problem either. Also tried just removing the mouse and keyboard devices in Device Manager and then restarting, but no help there either.
Also when the USB mouse is plugged in and I disabled the touchpad (fn+f7), then I can't click on anything in Chrome.
I'm at my wits end, and I don't have time to send it in for repair, since I'm leaving my country in one weeks time and not coming back until December.
Is the only solution left to reset everything?
