    At this point, i think it's better to contact Acer support service again.

     

    if you want to try a last thing, from device manager, uninstall the Intel HD530 device and choose to uninstall software too, reboot and let windows re-install the driver.

    I recieved an Email from Acer Support to send again the laptop to service.
