HI, i think that after the anniversary edition update integrated microphone started to have some driver problem, the peripherical is disappeared, skype doesnt work, someone has the same problem?

I am sure you did not check the drivers page for your notebook. And also you did not look around the forum.

Hi, I have completely same issue - it stopped working in Win 10 three months ago - I was not able to fix that anyhow. So I have bought external microphone and using it

I also began having the same problem after the Win 10 anniversary update on my Acer VN7 592G.

Any solutions from Acer?

its seem a driver's bug, we should ask ato microsoft or intel?

I have already written to Acer about this microphone driver issue and I am waiting for an answer.
Please write to them as well so that they know many VN7 owners are facing this issue and hopefully they will address it sooner.

Hello everyone,

 

I'm sorry that you've ran into this issue.  With the release of any major Windows update there is always a possibility of drivers malfunctioning but these issues should be resolved with the regular following updates.  These should come automatically through Acer Care Center or Windows Update.

no but the acer care didnt find them, but now i downloaded and solved

my problem is the new windows 10 anniversery.when i updated to this my audio dissapeared.so i re installed the drivers but blue screen appeared but my audio drivers worked but no mic.i however consulted with acer technicians and they told me to roll back to the old windows.if its possible to update a new audio driver so that i have no problems with the new windows 10
