To answer the phone, converse with a family member or co-worker, all that’s required to engage is a simple flip up of Acer’s Mixed Reality headset visor. There is no need to remove the entire headset.    Easy Setup, 6 Degrees of Freedom   The Acer Windows Mixed Reality HMD lets customers interact with software using gesture, gaze and voice, while also having the option to use traditional inputs like mice, keyboards and controllers. The bundled Acer motion controllers use Bluetooth wireless technology, so gamers can take action and interact with digital objects in mixed reality. They come with a Windows 10 button, touchpad, grab button and constellation lights that look cool and serve to sync the headset with the controllers in the virtual space. With inside-out tracking, the camera is on the headset, so there is no need to drill holes in a wall or set up extraneous hardware.   En el mes de julio Acer se unió a Intel, Microsoft y NVIDIA en el evento ChinaJoy en Shanghai, la exhibición de gaming y entretenimiento digital más grande de Asia, para presentar los más recientes equipos gaming y promover su patrocinio para el evento de Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) Shanghai.   En el evento ChinaJoy, representantes de Acer hicieron presencia en el puesto de Intel para presentar los equipos Predator más recientes y celebrar el patrocinio de IEM Shanghai como la compañía proveedora de equipos portátiles y de escritorio.   In July Acer joined Intel, Microsoft, and NVIDIA at the ChinaJoy show in Shanghai, Asia’s largest gaming and digital entertainment exhibition, to showcase its latest gaming devices and promote its sponsorship of Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) Shanghai.   At the ChinaJoy show, Acer representatives made an appearance at the Intel booth to introduce the latest Predator devices and celebrate the company’s sponsorship of IEM Shanghai as the official desktop PC and notebook provider. A number of elite StarCraft players that were to compete in IEM Shanghai made a surprise visit to the booth, stirring up much excitement among the audience.     Acer also showcased Predator products at NVIDIA’s booth, where the 4K Predator X27 monitor thrilled the media and gamers alike. Over at the Microsoft booth, Acer showed off its Mixed Realty head-mounted display (HMD).
