There is no SKU code number used by Acer, and all system information are the same as its not a relevant number, use the SNID or S/N numbers as your laptop ID, as Acer uses a UPC scan code that is on the new box that your laptop was sold with. I've just gotten a PHN16-71 laptop and its got no SKU number also, don't worry about that number. Good luck.
My System Info has no SKU also.

Which CB272U model do you have? There should be a bunch more letters after the U, or give us the first ten digits of your S/N. I believe they have all supported 2560x1440, but at different refresh rates. The N-150 CPU should handle 4K@60Hz, so dual 1440P should be within it's specs. Are you sure you have OpenSuSE set to allow the higher resolutions?

Ok I understand, so don't open the laptop and send the laptop back to Acer support while the laptop is still under warranty and get them to fix all the thermal paste issues properly for your laptop, as its Acer responsibility to do all this properly.
