Unfortunately, while I can see that the system did ship with Windows 8, it has not assisted with determining why Bluetooth would be unavailable on your system. It ships with the appropriate card ( should be a combo WiFi and BT card ). Are you seeing anything in Device Manager related to Bluetooth?

The pieces of the neck "snap" together. There's no way for me to describe it any better than that. It may be that you would do better with a monitor that has a single piece neck assembly.

It very much sounds like you upgraded to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8. In that case you will want to upgrade all of the drivers that are listed on our drivers page. We recommend using them over any Microsoft installed drivers with Windows 8.1.

If the system shipped with UEFI and Windows 8, then yes, you will need to turn Secure Boot OFF in order to boot from USB or optical media.

A BIOS update will not fix the issue that you describe, as it is not a BIOS issue. It sounds to me like your system battery (RTC) is failing. Please contact service for assistance.

You will need to provide some additional information about what is occuring with the system. What operating system are you using? What device are you attempting to connect? Where are you seeing the message you report? Did you check the devices in Device Manager?

We shipped the AO725 series with either Windows 7 or with Windows 8. Your best bet would be to use recovery media to return the system to it's original factory load.
