Very short answer: How to use libraries on SD/USB Drive
-
Via bluetooth only.

In the same time, users (most of them) have bought theirs Acer for the price. Low cost, low service, low research, low manufacturing... This financial policy is in addition to a technical non-market policy: 32Gb for W8 models, bootloader locked for Android, 8 Gb for basic models on Android... We see the results in this…

Which model? Android or Windows? Tell us more, please.

Sorry sir... I thought that the 8.1 RTM will be available on October 17th. Sure you're not a basic user. But for downgrade, RTM or Preview, it must be the same. I think.

If you can't open a pdf with Reader: - test another Reader (see on Play Store) - some pdf are signed or protected - download your attachment and open it separetly - go to Settings - Applications - Long press on Adobe Reader - Clear cache, data and preferences. Return to your mailbox and choose Adobe Reader to open pdf

The cable micro USB to USB comes in your box, no? But, if you haven't it, you can copy files from internal SD to external SD, of course. EDIT : if you have a wifi connection between your A700 and your laptop, you can use AirDroid (on Play Store). It's faster.

There is a topic on 8.1 preview. And read the Microsoft FAQ. You can't uninstall 8.1 but you can make a factory reset (hope you have saved or make a restore point of your W510 before). But, really, i don't understand why basic users need to install a preview and don't wait for the Acer update...
-
Faster. Plug your A700 to your laptop, save your internal Sd to your PC and delete all files that you don't need on your tablet.

No problem with Android too. Windows 8 is really the worst OS for tablets.

Are you at the good place? I mean, Storage Manager is a part of Computer Management (Control Panel - Administrative Tools - Computer Management). Choose Storage - Disk Management. You can choose Action - Update or Analyse to see your SDCard in the center panel.
-
So, if you have it in Explorer, you must have it in Storage Manager. It's call HD 1 (HD 0 is your internal drive). It's the removable one.
-
Unfortunately, you are not alone to have problems with this device I you are a little geek, read this forum: XDA A5OO
-
First, as i said, is your 16 Gb card appear in Explorer? If not, did you format this card?

I know what is a W510. And i have one But some models are sold without keyboard. So, just a test: plug an USB drive in the keyboard and tell us if it recognized. If not, you have a problem with your plugs between kb and tablet. Clean them. If it doesn't work, it's harware and you have to call to Acer support.

Only Acer had a solution. And they don't care... What i do ? Charge to 100% tablet + dock and if i don't use the device during more than 2 days, i take off the tablet from the keyboard. No battery drain

OK. Let's go. ICS = Ice Cream Sandwich - JB = Jelly Bean (both are the Android version) - Stock rom = the basic firmware from Acer. Android is not really easy to understand about memory (compare to others OS). When the system says "low memory" it could be: - low ram - low space for system apps (the most usual) - low space…

Which model is it?
