I got a laptop a week a go installed with windows 8 (Acer Aspire/V5 and I have been unable to use the internet, Each time I am connected to the internet the connection drops within a minutes with a message (LIMITED INTERNET). I went to your web site to download the latest driver and still not resolved the issue
This situation is very frustrating sending money to a buy a laptop that you cannot use
This is my first time of buying Acer and I am not very impressed.
The shop assistant convinces me that Acer products are very good that was the reason why I purchased the product. A lot of customer posted this same issue on the net and Acer cannot do anything to resolved this issue is very bad on your company reputation
Please advice me what my option is I still have few days to return this product
