What do you mean by internal slot ? The only slot is in use and it shows that 1 of 2 is in use , there are no more than 1 slot .... The language on task manager is portuguese btw .

I don't have soldered RAM. There is already a 4GB RAM module installed in my laptop, which I have verified by opening it up. If there were additional soldered RAM, I would expect the total installed RAM to exceed 4GB. Therefore, based on what I've observed, it's unlikely that there is any soldered RAM in my laptop.

as I said the RAM on my case is not soldered! I have 4gb total and the 4gb can be removed and just have 1 slot .

Pois , acho que prefiro esperar correção do que instalar o Windows 10 . Mas o computador ate veio de origem com o Windows 11

prefiro esperar pela disponibilidade no 57G , o problema nao me afeta tanto ao ponto que va arriscar um upgrade de bios em que possa acontecer alguma coisa de errado .

Nao é o mesmo modelo , termina em 57 esse , e o meu termina em 57G

nao sei chegar onde você está . mas será que não está no suporte por nao ter sido testada ainda a 100% ?
