So we tried everything from mentioned above 3 clean installs of the windows removed the gpu driver etc. at this point i start to believe that there is a compatibility issue on the laptop. :(

Hey Ven, thanks for you reply so this happens with every nvidia driver that i use, keep in mind that I am getting BSOED after I login to windows making the laptop unusable.
