Hi, let me explain you one more time, first thing - I am booting from m.2 SSD only and second thing - if i connect my usb pendrive I am able to boot normally in windows from M.2 SSD only but if I remove this pen drive and try to boot then stuck on boot screen. so simply i have to connect the usb pendrive to boot my laptop…

@egydiocoelho Yes, I have tried to reinstall window but still not working.

@egydiocoelho already tried the battery reset thing but no luck with it also.

@billsey how to check if old motherboard is in good working condition??

@Puraw i currently using windows 10 in my laptop. and when i try to install the graphic driver which is available in acer website ( The same you mentioned in the chat.) still it is not getting install and giving the error "The graphich driver dose not found any compatible hardware.".

@Puraw used the DDU to uninstall all display driver but still windows is installing only intel graphic card driver but not nvidia graphic card driver.

@William_mk2 tried your battery reset solution(Using the back pin hole), but still the nvidia graphic card is not detecting in device manager.
