17 hours ago I had received an email from acer support telling me the engineer will be arriving to my location and getting in touch with me ASAP. So in the next 55 hours I am expecting to be visited by the engineer so hopefully he will fix it.

@egydiocoelho I downloaded and installed Acers touchpad dirvers so let's see if the problem goes away.

@egydiocoelho I do not think that is possible, I have also experienced this problem while using an external mouse connected to my system, Acer's engineer has not come yet and will tell you what happens when he comes.

@egydiocoelho thank you for one full week of support I will try reinstalling windows, but I have a internet data limit and will need to find someway to cross that, I am speaking to acer email support they will assist me further
