I had the exact same problem last week, while playing it went dead in a instant. I tried everything I could before send it to warranty with no luck. Update on the situation: I manage to make it appear in the device manager and now installing the drivers. So today I only did two things > 1. recovery using acer care center (and didnt solve the problem) > 2. Made a internal battery reset and while pressing it down I discharged all the energy on the components. After that…

Doing it right now, but what's the difference doing it normally on windows or clicking in the restore button on acer Care center? It popups the same dialog box of Windows itself.
