I sent it to the acer center and they already replaced the motherboard. Maybe it will arrive tomorrow. Thank you guys for your help and let's see if this time the mobo will work properly. :3

I had the exact same problem last week, while playing it went dead in a instant. I tried everything I could before send it to warranty with no luck. In the acer center they said there were a short in motherboard, and replaced it. It came without gtx drivers and since it got back I'm trying to install this gtx with no luck…

Update on the situation: I manage to make it appear in the device manager and now installing the drivers. So today I only did two things > 1. recovery using acer care center (and didnt solve the problem) > 2. Made a internal battery reset and while pressing it down I discharged all the energy on the components. After that…

Doing it right now, but what's the difference doing it normally on windows or clicking in the restore button on acer Care center? It popups the same dialog box of Windows itself.
