I believe your Windows got corrupted. If there is any important data in your PC backup it using pen drive and full reset your windows. If you can't do that then install new windows using bootable usb with clean install.

Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run sfc /scannow to repair corrupted system files. After this Use the command run chkdsk /f to scan for disk errors that might be causing delays or permission issues. Restart your PC and check.

Don't know about that Ai but while gaming temperatures should be below 90°C. At 90°C thermal throttling starts and Preformance decreases. Follow my comment in the post I shshared with you above .
