i don't see the connection between having a 100-w and my problem if it was a little amount of power it should performed "bad" or "not enough" but crash? it doesn't seems right also both of the usb port and charger are clean what's next then? @AnhEZ28

my laptop have only usb-c port for charging. the charger come with is 65-w only i have been using it for a year and it was fine until last month
