eggonlea, There is no charge for the repair of your Chromebook that I saw when I set it up, just to ship it to the repair depot.
-
I do not really have a time table, hopefully early next week.
-
I would imagine it is annoying. Do you have another computer you can connect the monitor to test this problem with?
-
They are still working on this, it has not been forgotten.

They are still working on getting the operating system uploaded on our drivers and manuals page.

eggonlea, I would like to see if there is anything that I can do to help, would you please PM (private message) me the following information? SNID or serial number Contact name Contact number Email address Shipping address Purchase date

r3d, Go into the Control Panel and click on Display to check the scaling (DPI) size, is it set to 150% and not 100%? If you are using Windows 10 here is an article that talks about it.
-
Milepost72, I sent you a private message in regards to this. Laurent did teh legwork of tracking down the part numbers, thanks!
-
r3d, Would you check to make sure you are using the most current display driver for your computer that is connected to the monitor, sometimes that fixes the issue.
-
Phildogbph, From what I can see the glasses have to be the active (powered) type.
-
frisani, I did not find anything internally that talks about the codes, but something that you can try: Enter the BIOS (if possible, restore defaults by pressing F9 usually), save, and exit. I was going to suggest reseating the memory, but that looks like A LOT of work.

Thakn you for the build versions, I will pass along a message and see what I can find out.

Highenduser, The serial number is alphanumeric, I just need the first ten characters of that one to look up the features. I believe you provided the SNID (11or 12 numeric), which will also present the features, but that should be sent in a private message and not posted publicly.
-
Gremlich, Here are the steps I found that should allow you to do so without issue, I know that I have used them to install some monitors for testing in my area and the steps worked fine.

liquids, Have you tried a different video connection type to see if that resolves it, it sounds like it is not getting a signal from the video card itself.
-
Wolf26, I have sent a private mesage to you that will hopefully resolve this for you.
-
eggman3123, If you have your account set to back everything up and sync automatically a lot of that stuff will just sync back up when you use the same Google account to log back in. Any apps or media that you have already purchased can be redownloaded, you can back them up somewhere else if you would like.
-
Maurice_21, Let me see what I can do for you.

eggman3123, Have you tried resetting the phone to factory setting to see if that resolves it?
