Can I drop off my product at your authorized repair facility, instead of shipping it?
Although Acer does offer a Mail-in or Carry-In warranty, it is not recommended that you bring your Acer product directly to the repair facility, as we do not have a receiving department for products that are dropped off.
You are more than welcome to come in and drop the product off; however, it may substantially delay the repair process, and this is why it is recommended that you ship your Acer product.
If you own an Acer notebook and would like to have inbound shipping covered, we offer an extended warranty called the Acer Total Notebook Protection. This warranty covers inbound shipping to our repair facility.
This warranty is available during the first year from date of purchase of a new Acer notebook, and can be purchased online at our $apa_productsupport website. Unfortunately, we do not offer any methods of paid shipping inbound for Acer products, other than the notebooks.
