Olá,
Meu notebook. Acer Aspire 3 -A315-53-52ZZ não funciona nada. O cooler para de rodar em menos de 3 segundos.
Meu afilhado estava em um jogo e o notebook parou de funcionar.
Os Leds estão funcionando, mas não aparece nada.
Já fiz um reset e não fez nada.
Como posso agir antes de levar para a assistência técnica?

    A tela fica preta, o led azul acesso e nada aparece nem a bios.

    Muito estanho, ligou em outra tela.
    de um monitor PC como a foto, actualizei o drive da intel@ e não sei mais o que fazer

    Projetar para outra tela. Mas o notebook continua com a tela preta.

    Nesse caso, desligue o notebook, desconecte a fonte, vire o notebook e ache o orifício de reset da bateria, pressione-o por trinta segundos e deixe o notebook desligado por trinta minutos e faça o teste.

    Como você fez pra ventoinha funcionar? Faz 1 ano que tenho e deu o mesmo problema funciona normal menos a ventoinha. E não tem o botão na ram? Alguma dica? Já resetei a BIOS e nada
