Meu notebook trava apois um tempo ligado - Acer aspire 5251

Tenho um Acer aspire 5251-1927
Ele liga funciona um pouco e dps a tela fica azul 
Já testei a memória hd já liguei sem bateria
Já formatei e mesmo assim no persistente o defeito.
Alguém pode me ajudar obrigado a todos

    Experimente executar um power reset. Para fazer isso, desligue o notebook, desconecte o carregador e a bateria e depois pressione o botão power por 60 segundos.

    Entendi ela funcionou pois tava com 19v. 4.4a n max.sei foi por causa disso q não tá ligando a noite vou posta a foto dela aqui aí se vc entende mais um pouco q eu vc me fala

    Você pode utilizar um adaptador com uma potência e amperagem igual ou maior, mas a voltagem deve ser a mesma.
