Meu notebook de uns 4 meses para cá ele começou a travar muito ao colocar ele para carregar alguem poderia me ajuda.

Qual seu sistema operacional?
Comece pelo básico:
Acesse o MSCONFIG e desabilite TODAS as aplicações que iniciam com o sistema e todos os serviços que não sejam Microsoft.
Desinstale qualquer antivírus.
Realize uma limpeza de temporários do sistema e do disco como Administrador.
Atualize a release do Windows para a 1909.
Faça o reset da bateria.
Depois reinicie e faça um teste.
