Pessoal, tenho um tablet Iconia A500, mas não consigo atualizar. Alguém pode me ajudar por favor.

Gostaria de saber se existe alguma forma de atualizar o Iconia A500, pois está parada na atualização 4.0. Já tentei atualizar pelo tablet, e aparece que está sem "Cobertura de rede", tentei contato com a Acer e não consegui, tentei pelo chat mas informa que não reconhece eu numero de serie, enfim, estou precisando pois minha filha vai utiliza-lo para estudar. HELP!

    Egydio, baixei os arquivo dei o boot....ficou de 2 a 4 minutos inicializando, mas continuar na versão 4.0.3
