    Sugiro que faça downgrade para a versão 8 do Windows ao invés da 8.1
    A 8.1 já é conhecida por ter algumas atualizações que causam erro no touchpad.

    Antes do HD queimar eu já usava o 8.1 e o touchpad funcionava normal, ainda assim acha válido o downgrade?

    O 8.1 é funcional sem as atualizações que causam o erro.
    Mas já existem cerca de 5 diferentes.
    Realmente acredito que o downgrade seja um teste a ser realizado.
