meu es1-572-36fv parou de carregar a bateria de uma hora para outra, o que pode ser?

Boa noite!
meu notebook es1-572-36fv, parou de carregar a bateria de uma hora outra, realizei teste com outro carregador e permaneceu sem carregar, a bateria esta em perfeito estado, pelos teste que fiz com vida útil de 90%.

    já realizei todos os tipos de teste que vcs imaginarem o único que não tinha feito ainda foi com o reset da bateria, efetuei conforme o vídeo, aguardei 5 minutos e liguei novamente a unica diferença é que ele saiu dos 49% para 99% de carga,aguardei ele perder um pouco de carga e coloquei para recarregar, mostrou carregando, apos 1 minuto ele mostrou novamente que esta "conectada, mas sem carregar".

    bom dia egydiocoelho!
    tentei realizar o calibramento, mas se a bateria não carrega como vou calibrar, já que necessito zera carga para depois realimentar.
    mas entrei em contato com a assistência e estou aguardando ele me enviarem o código de postagem para que ele analisem o notebook, acredito que o problema seja hardware, algo na placa mãe.

    Ok! Por acaso, você testou o notebook diretamente em outra tomada elétrica devidamente aterrada? Você já tentou reinstalar o windows, pressionando alt+f10 antes do logo da Acer?
